Other duties may be assigned.Employee training & coaching Unloading truck shipmentsFood preparation Assisting with schedulingCustomer serviceCleaning & sanitizing Ordering and inventory managementUpholding company initiativesPOS system management Other various operational responsibilitiesSupervisory Responsibilities This job has no direct supervisory responsibilities, but could indirectly manage and train Salad Enthusiasts.Education and/or ExperienceHigh School Diploma or GED equivalent. 2 or more years of customer service experience, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industryPrevious leadership or training experience preferredPositive attitudeAbility to function well in a high-paced environmentPhysical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
