Join Temple Beit HaYam's Early Childhood Learning Center (ECLC) as a Toddler Teacher, ages one to two, where you will inspire young minds in a nurturing environment. We are seeking passionate educators to create engaging learning experiences for our little ones here in Stuart, Fl. Responsibilities
- Foster a safe, inclusive and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow.
- Plan developmentally appropriate games and activities for toddlers to encourage social, emotional and cognitive development.
- Design and implement a daily and weekly schedule.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance the overall educational experience.
- Monitor and evaluate the children to ensure they are reaching developmental milestones.
- Communicate with parents and update them on their childrens activities and progress.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom and learning materials.
- Previous experience as a childcare provider or preschool teacher
- Strong understanding of child development
- Patient, kind, and nurturing
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
- First aid/CPR certified (If not we will provide training.)
