A skilled nursing and rehabilitation center on the Southwest Side of the Chicago area, is hiring a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead the building. As part of the growing THRYVE Healthcare family, the Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) leads a facility offering skilled nursing, short-term rehab, respiratory, dialysis, cardiac, and memory care services with a dedicated clinical and therapy team. Prior nursing home experience is required for this Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) role.

Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) Duties

• Direct day-to-day operations of the skilled nursing facility (SNF)

• Lead and support department heads, including the Director of Nursing (DON)

• Maintain survey readiness and regulatory compliance

• Manage census, budget, and staffing

• Uphold resident rights, quality of care, and quality of life

Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) Qualifications

• Active Illinois Nursing Home Administrator (NHA / LNHA) license
