Physical Therapist (PT) – Skilled Nursing Facility Now Staffing Physical Therapists for the Rehab Department in state-of-the-art SNFs throughout NYC and surrounding areas. Role Overview Flagstar Rehab PTs work with a diverse and multi-disciplinary team to perform evaluations, treatments, and patient/family education to improve the physicality and cognition of their patients and positively impact their ability to function in their daily lives. Flagstar Rehab offers direct employment or the opportunity to work as an independent contractor. Salary Hourly Pay Rate: $42–$46 (W-2), $55–$57 (1099) Responsibilities Provide efficient evaluations and create individualized treatment plans for PTAs to follow. Supervise PTAs daily. Provide quality therapy services to individuals in an SNF setting, who require care related to TBI, CVA, stroke, Parkinson’s, multiple sclerosis, cancer, orthopedic surgery, and other debilitating diagnoses.
