Pay Range:
$34.21 - $51.31

A successful candidate's actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications and education.

HSHS St. John's Hospital in Springfield, IL is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our outpatient team. Ideal candidates are patient-focused, mission-driven therapists looking for an opportunity to improve patients' independence, participation, and overall functional performance through therapeutic interventions.

The Occupational Therapist will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure the delivery of comprehensive, coordinated, and high-quality care.

Position Specifics:
• Department: Outpatient Pediatrics
• Core Function: Rehab/Therapy/Sleep
• Schedule: Full time, 40 hrs/wk, clinic hours 7am-5:30pm (8 or 10 hour shifts available) no weekends or on call
• Facility: St. John's Hospital
• Clinic Location: Springfield, IL
• Sign On Bonus: $25,000

Education Qualifications

• Graduate (e.g., bachelors, master, or doctorate) from an accredited program which meets the licensure requirements in the state of practice is required.

Certifications, Licenses and Registrations

• IL: State Licensure as an Occupational Therapist is required OR has been authorized to practice by the Illinois Department of Professional Regulation (IDFPR) and must obtain licensure within 6 months.
  
  
• WI: State Licensure as an Occupational Therapist is required OR has been issued a temporary licensure to practice and must obtain licensure within 6 months.
• Certified Basic Life Support (BLS) or completion in the first 90 days of employment is required.
