Compensation: 75-100K DOE WisEngineering is currently interviewing candidates to support a key government program at Picatinny Arsenal! We’re seeking a mid-level accounting/financial professional with strong analytical skills, expert Excel experience, and hands‑on knowledge of Army/DoD financial systems. This is a fully on-site role providing critical support for financial operations and analysis. Desired Experience Supporting All of the Following: Defense Travel System (DTS) Global Combat Support System-Army (GCSS-A) PowerTrack (TAC) Defense Automated Time Attendance and Production System (DATAAPS / ATAAPS) Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) Responsibilities: Manage unliquidated obligations (ULOs), open commitments, and track financial transactions. Process invoices, billings, and cash collections, and resolve IDOC errors. Perform variance analysis, forecasting, and financial reporting. Develop and maintain advanced Excel tools, including pivot tables, macros, and formulas. Investigate discrepancies, identify root causes, and resolve complex financial issues. Collaborate with government staff and internal teams to ensure accurate reporting and smooth operations. Required: Hands‑on experience with all or most of the following: DTS, GCSS-A, PowerTrack (TAC), DATAAPS/ATAAPS, and WAWF. Expert Excel skills, including pivot tables, macros, formulas, and forecasting. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and issue‑resolution abilities. Ability to work on-site at Picatinny Arsenal full-time—no exceptions. Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to work independently and collaboratively. Eligibility Requirements:
