Current projects include deck construction, with commercial projects starting in the coming months.Responsibilities include:Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and project specificationsMeasuring, cutting, and assembling wood, metal, and other construction materialsBuilding and installing framing, walls, floors, roofs, and structural componentsInstalling doors, windows, trim, cabinetry, siding, and finish carpentry elementsConstructing and dismantling concrete forms and scaffoldingPerforming rough carpentry work, including framing, drywall, roofing, and metal stud installationSupporting commercial concrete and form carpentry projectsAssisting with demolition and site preparation as neededOperating hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safelyWorking closely with project managers, supervisors, and fellow tradespeopleMaintaining a clean, organized, and safe job siteWhat We're Looking ForRequired Skills & Experience2+ years of carpentry experience or equivalent apprenticeship experience preferredAbility to read and interpret blueprints and construction plansExperience with framing, drywall, roofing, siding, formwork, or general carpentryStrong understanding of construction tools, materials, and techniquesStrong math and measurement skillsCommitment to quality workmanship and job site safetyAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPreferred QualificationsRough carpentry and structural framing experienceFinish carpentry experience, including trim and cabinetryCommercial construction experienceConcrete formwork experienceDemolition and site preparation experienceHigh school diploma or equivalentWhy Work Here?You'll join an employee-owned organization where your contributions directly support shared success and long-term stability.
