Step into a rewarding, flexible role supporting young learners as a School Psychologist with a contract opportunity beginning August 3, 2026, and concluding May 24, 2027. This position offers the chance to impact students’ educational journeys in a supportive environment, working with primarily K-2 students and collaborating as needed on evaluations for a range of ages. With just one opening, you’ll carry a manageable evaluation caseload (approximately 15-25 evaluations over the year) across 1-3 local sites, delivering meaningful interventions and participating as an integral member of student support teams.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid Educational School Psychologist license through LVIS
• Demonstrated ability to conduct educational evaluations and reevaluations
• Experience developing Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA)
• Previous work in K-2 or early childhood educational settings is valued
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with educators and support staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive educational evaluations and reevaluations
• Develop FBAs and provide insights to shape intervention strategies
• Actively participate in MTSS (Multi-Tiered Systems of Support) meetings to determine appropriate evaluation referrals
• Serve as a resource for teachers and families, offering guidance rooted in best practices
• Flexibility to travel between 1-3 neighboring school sites as needed

Position Details:

• Contract role with start and end dates aligning with the academic year
• Work 3-5 days per week, between 14 to 28 hours weekly—offering true flexibility
