Description

American Traveler is hiring a Cath Lab / EP Technologist with a minimum of 1 year of experience for a 13-week day shift contract requiring weekend, overnight, and holiday call availability.

Details

• Hospital-based cardiac cath lab setting
• Day shift schedule, 4x10-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• Weekend, overnight, and holiday call required
• Uses Pyxis for medication management and Epic for charting
• Epic charting experience preferred but not required
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of Cath Lab experience required
• Current BLS and ACLS required
• ARRT or CCI (RCIS) certification required
• License required if applicable
• Candidates must live more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position

Additional Information

• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
• Royal blue scrubs are provided
• Former permanent staff must have been separated from the facility for at least 1 year before returning as a traveler
• Travel pairs or groups will not be accepted
• No more than 3 days of RTO will be approved, and no RTO will be permitted during the first week of orientation
• Two professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years are required for consideration
