Director of Contract Operations

To oversee all operational aspects of the contract program, the full-time remote Director of Contract Operations will manage data flow between internal teams and external vendors, ensure accurate reporting and contract optimization, and support client implementations while collaborating with various stakeholders. Key responsibilities Manage data flow between Lumicera Contracts team and internal stakeholders, including finance and sales Ensure timely and accurate reporting for clients and optimize contracts to maximize value Collaborate with IT and vendors to implement solutions and maintain successful partnerships Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required 2 years of experience in a PBM, GPO, or equivalent setting required Proven experience in designing operations and building processes required Leadership experience and collaboration with senior leadership required Experience with automation tools/systems preferred
