TrySeafood Grill is looking for friendly, dependable, and customer-focused servers to join our team in Fuquay-Varina, North Carolina. If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment, and are committed to providing excellent guest service, we want to meet you!

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, professional service.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter orders into the POS system.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.
• Maintain clean, organized tables and dining areas.
• Process guest payments accurately and follow restaurant procedures.
• Answer menu questions and help create a positive dining experience.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol-service requirements.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant serving experience preferred; at least one year of experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
• Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced restaurant.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and other scheduled shifts as needed.
• Must meet applicable age requirements for assigned duties, including alcohol service.

We are the second location of the established TrySeafood Grill in Cary and are bringing our seafood-focused dining experience and full cocktail program to the Fuquay-Varina community.

Our menu features fresh seafood prepared grilled, steamed, and fried, including blackened catfish, lobster, sea scallops, Calabash shrimp, fish and chips, and other Southern-inspired favorites. Our Fuquay-Varina location offers a welcoming dine-in experience with a full bar and cocktails, as well as catering and takeout options.
