About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Product Officer (CPO) to lead the product strategy and execution for its integrated digital health platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and leading the product vision that unites various digital health services into a cohesive, patient-centered experience. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 years' in product management, with at least 5 years' in an executive role, and a proven track record in building and scaling multi-product or platform-based ecosystems. Experience in a regulated environment, particularly in healthcare, is essential. The CPO should be a strategic thinker, with a deep understanding of product-led growth, and a strong background in both consumer and clinical-facing product management. They must be adept at leading a cross-functional team, with a focus on AI and its application in the product development process. The role requires a leader who is AI-native, with a clear vision for the role of AI in healthcare, and who can ensure that AI features are trustworthy and meet the highest standards of safety and efficacy.
