Collection SpecialistThe Kohn Law Firm, a downtown Milwaukee law firm concentrating its practice in debt collection and litigation, is interviewing for a Collection Specialist to manage an assigned account portfolio of past due accounts. We provide detailed training to help talented individuals succeed in a fast paced, competitive environment. This is a good position for someone interested in obtaining experience in a law firm setting prior to attending law school.*Bi-lingual candidates are encouraged to apply and note their language proficiency*CompensationA Collections Specialist earns a base hourly wage, plus commission. The total compensation of our collectors currently ranges from $15.00 per hour to $34.70 per hour. While collectors build their queues, we guarantee a minimum total compensation of $15.00 to $20.00 per hour. However, previous collection or related experience is not required to be a successful, high performing Collection Specialist. Bilingual collectors are also eligible to earn an additional $.50 per hour.
