ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative with State Farm, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide account information.
• Assist customers with account changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Answering multi-line phones
• Agent communications and scheduling
• Taking Payments

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual (Preferred not Required)
