Job description:
JIT Manufacturing, a precision metal fabricator, is seeking a skilled CNC Operator . This role is vital to our production process, as you will operate advanced CNC equipment to cut metal components to exact specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC equipment to process metal components according to engineering drawings and specification
- Set up and adjust machine parameters, including selecting appropriate materials, programs, and settings.
- Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications, making necessary adjustments as needed.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of lasers.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience operating CNC machinery preferred but not required.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
- Strong mathematical and measurement skills.
- Knowledge of different types of metals and their properties.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
