Assistant Facilities Manager

The Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR), Long Bridge Aquatics & Fitness Center is seeking an Assistant Facility Manager to manage a year‑round aquatic facility, cultivate community relationships, interact with patrons of the facility daily, and support the dynamic programming. The Assistant Facility Manager will report to the General Manager and work with other assistant managers and oversee customer service representatives and lifeguards. The Long Bridge Aquatics & Fitness Center features a World Aquatics‑compliant 50‑meter competition pool with diving boards, whirlpool, and adjustable bulkheads for competitive swimming, water polo, and synchronized swimming. The facility also includes a leisure pool with a splash pad, water slide, lap lanes, swimming lessons areas, in‑water sports, and a lazy river. Additional amenities include an 8,000‑square‑foot fitness center, group exercise studio, and reservable community rooms for meetings and gatherings. #J-18808-Ljbffr Arlington County Government
