responsibilities:
- Formulate local, regional, and global regulatory strategies by assessing regulatory intelligence and anticipating obstacles throughout the entire product lifecycle.
- Provide expert internal guidance from concept to marketing to ensure product compliance and secure smooth market access for Our Client.
- Determine international submission requirements, evaluate proposed product classifications, and identify optimal regulatory approval pathways.
- Lead the remediation of EU MDR Technical Documentation Files for Class IIa medical devices to meet all relevant regulatory standards.
- Act as a technical thought leader to resolve complex, novel challenges, utilizing strong analytical skills to participate in advanced strategic advocacy activities.
