Open roles for Keene, NH:

Machine Maintenance Technician
Available Shifts:
• 2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday | 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM (Friday overtime as needed)
• 3rd Shift: Sunday–Wednesday | 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Thursday overtime as needed)

This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment including CNC machines, automated equipment, and production machinery. Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-controlled equipment. Respond quickly to machine breakdowns to minimize production downtime and diagnose equipment failures using electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 2 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience troubleshooting electrical systems up to 480V preferred
• Working knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical systems, motors, bearings, and conveyor equipment
• Experience with PLC troubleshooting (Allen-Bradley or Siemens) is a plus
• Ability to read electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings
• Strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
