Shift Type: Weekdays (Monday-Friday), 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM day shift (10-hour); guaranteed 40 hours/week; one weekday on-call per week; one weekend on-call per month (Friday-Saturday-Sunday) on a rotating basis; shift negotiable/adjustable as needed

Requirements
- Scrub into cardiovascular cases, including open heart procedures, and assist with holding the heart and chest closure
- Participate in endovascular and TAVR cases, ensuring sterile technique and patient safety throughout
- Document case details and patient care in Epic accurately and promptly
- Respond to call assignments within a 30-minute response time when on-call
- Float to General OR as needed to support staffing and maintain workflow
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, techs, and the perioperative team to deliver high-quality care
- Support unit orientation and share best practices with new team members
Qualifications
- Active RN license eligible for practice in Colorado
- Minimum 2 years of perioperative or OR nursing experience (CVOR experience preferred)
- Open Heart and/or Endovascular experience required
- BLS (AHA) required; ACLS preferred
- Comfortable and experienced with scrubbing and sterile technique
- Proven ability to chart in Epic or similar EMR systems
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to meet the 60-mile radius documentation requirement
- Available to be in-state for the week of orientation even if some modules are remote
