Position: RN Operating Room Start date: (next applicable orientation date 3-4 wks out) Years of experience REQ: 2 years of direct RN OR experience required; STRONG ROBOTICS, ORTHO & NEURO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED First-timers accepted: Yes Certs REQ: ACLS, BLS (must have at time of submittal), NIHSS (must obtain prior to start) Is on-call REQ? 1 shift per week and (2) 12-hour weekend shifts per month Nurse manager will discuss at time of interview Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Special Equipment: Transcribed 06.25.24 gm #Tier3 Travel Compliance Compliance document deadline is Monday prior to start Permanent and per diem candidates cannot return to Cleveland Clinic hospitals for 1 year from their previous end date All RTO must be presented at time of submission only- facility will not review RTO submitted after this time. 2 references from a direct supervisor/manager, ANM, director for the unit submitted to 18 months experience Required, 2 years exp. preferred Locals accepted at same BR Facility does not accept any license hits. Smoke Free Facility: All travelers MUST BE NICOTINE FREE- No Exceptions! -Negative 10 Panel + Nicotine (Cotinine) Drug screen required within 12 months of start. First time travelers accepted No Certs pending EKG and Pharm test required during orientation. 2 attempts max for each. No remediation for a re-test. Travelers will be cancelled if they fail.
