The Nursing Supervisor will oversee operations within a dynamic Medical Surgical environment that serves a diverse patient population with varying levels of acuity. Reporting to the Nursing Director, the Nursing Supervisor provides administrative and clinical oversight for evening and overnight shifts, ensuring safe staffing, regulatory compliance, and seamless patient flow. The Nursing Supervisor supports charge nurses and bedside RNs, collaborates closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, case management, respiratory therapy, and ancillary departments, and serves as the on-site leader for clinical decision-making and escalation support.
