• Provide WOW Level Customer Service to our clients
• Meet with potential clients to assess insurance needs.
• Assist customers with making payments in person or over the phone.
• Able to answer a high volume of inbound calls.
• Able to make a high volume of outbound calls.
• Educate clients on available insurance products and coverage options.
• Multitask and meet deadlines.
• Manage company leads and generate leads.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers for repeat business. Benefits:
• On target first year agents earn $50,000 - $75,000 D.O.E.
• Senior agents average salary between $85,000-$125,000 a year.
• Full-time position (35-45 hours per week) No Part-Time Hours
• Weekly pay
• Uncapped commission (paid weekly)
• Paid training
• Opportunity for growth into leadership positions
• Learn how to do DMV, and Tax Preparation and Earn More Commission
• Medical, dental, and vision plans available
• Paid sick leave and vacation time
• 5 Holidays Off Requirements:
• High school diploma; A.A is a plus.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• Willingness to obtain a Personal Lines Insurance Broker's License.
• Bilingual- Must be able to fluently Speak Spanish
• Must have your own reliable transportation
