Maintenance TechnicianThe Maintenance Technician performs preventive and corrective maintenance on plant machinery, equipment, and facilities to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations. This role supports maintenance plans, resolves technical issues, and contributes to equipment availability in compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.What you'll doPerform preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery, equipment, and technical systems according to maintenance plans and proceduresDiagnose mechanical, electrical, or technical faults and carry out repairs within defined competence and authoritySupport execution of planned maintenance activities and respond to unplanned breakdownsCarry out maintenance tasks using internal procedures, technical documentation, and safety requirementsCoordinate maintenance activities with production and other plant partners to minimize operational disruptionsRecord completed work, inspections, and findings in the maintenance management systemSupport spare-parts usage by identifying required materials and reporting inventory needsAssist with minor building repairs and general facility maintenance as assignedParticipate in root-cause analysis and corrective actions related to equipment failuresFollow health, safety, environmental, and food safety requirements and report non-standard situationsWhat you will need to succeedSecondary technical or vocational education in mechanics, electrical systems, or a related technical fieldTypically requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial or plant maintenanceAbility to read technical drawings, manuals, and maintenance documentationPractical knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance methodsBasic computer skills for maintenance systems, documentation, and reportingReliability, responsibility, and ability to work independently on assigned tasksWillingness to work in physically demanding and operational plant environmentsEligible partners will receive:Get not one, but TWO retirement benefits.
