Medical Care Coordinator for Developmental Support
ACLD
ACLD seeks a Medical Coordination Specialist in Roslyn Heights, NY, to enhance the quality of life for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This full-time role involves the oversight of medication, attendance at medical appointments, and personal care assistance.
