Work Environment\nThis position is entirely remote, tailored to accommodate the flexibility required in today’s mental health landscape. Working from home, you will leverage telehealth tools to conduct assessments, provide therapy, and maintain ongoing communication with patients. The work schedule primarily consists of Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts as needed to meet patient demands.

- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, emphasizing the interplay between patients' physical and psychological well-being. \n
- Collaborate with fellow medical professionals to develop and execute integrated treatment plans that encompass both psychiatric and medical considerations. \n
- Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices tailored to the individual needs of our diverse patient population. \n
- Provide crisis intervention during mental health emergencies, utilizing de-escalation techniques and collaborative problem-solving methods. \n
- Empower patients by educating them about how mental and physical health interconnect and by guiding them in managing their conditions. \n
- Maintain accurate and confidential documentation, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards of practice. \n
- Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings, case reviews, and care planning sessions to optimize patient outcomes. \n
- Stay current with research advancements in integrated care to continuously improve service delivery. \n
This role centers around providing care to patients with co-occurring mental health and medical conditions, including chronic pain, autoimmune disorders, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n- \n
- Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution. \n
- Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Professional (LCSW, LCP, or LMFT) in the state of Tennessee. \n
- Proficiency in addressing the psychological needs of patients with simultaneous medical conditions. \n
- Demonstrated experience in integrated care settings, collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams. \n
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills. \n
- Commitment to upholding professional boundaries and confidentiality standards. \n
- Competence in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms. \n
- Ability to thrive as a collaborative team member in a proactive care model. \n
While a minimum of two years of experience in a similar role is required, candidates with a background in integrated care or those who have dealt with complex patient cases will be given preference. Experience in crisis intervention situations and knowledge of additional therapies, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), are advantageous.
Compensation and Benefits\nThe compensation for this role ranges from USD 75,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
