Overview Building Location: St Marys Hospital - Detroit Lakes Department: 3062500 EMERGENCY SERVICES TECH - DL HOSP Responsibilities Organize and provide nursing care to patients through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. Delegate aspects of care to other nursing personnel based on their licensure, preparation, and job descriptions. Contribute to meeting the mission and goals of the facility and Essentia, meeting requirements of the Joint Commission and other regulatory agencies. Respond to emergency calls, assist ambulance team in medical services, and ensure safe transportation of patients to medical facilities. Education and Qualifications BSN or ADN degree from an accredited school or college of nursing. RN Hiring Incentive Eligible Position: Qualified candidates may be eligible for a hiring incentive of up to $7500 (ADN) and up to $10,000 (BSN) . Licensure and Certification Current nursing licensure in state(s) of employment. Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 1 month. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification within 1 year. Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification within 1 year. Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC) certification within 2 years. Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification within 2 years. Work Schedule and Remote / Hybrid Option FTE: 0.6.
