Kindergarten English Teacher

We are looking for a Kindergarten English Teacher for a bilingual kindergarten in Shanghai. With forward-looking teaching concepts, diverse activities, and a professional teaching team, the kindergarten is committed to helping children explore the world with confidence, curiosity, and joy.Job responsibilitiesTogether with teaching assistants, support the children in their learning‐journey from Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm. During this time, you will:Teach daily class activities to kindergarten students aged 2.5-6, creating an English learning environmentLesson planning, daily classroom management and classroom activities organizationUtilize games, music, books, art, technology and other resources to teach basic skills and foster children developmentCollaborate with other teachers, instructors, and staff members to create an optimal learning care environment, and an appropriate classroom environment that is conducive to learning.Help children meet educational milestones through personalized instruction and assess each child’s performance and progress on regular basisQualificationsAt least 1 year of early years teaching experience, with ages 3–4 preferredOutgoing, energetic, and engaging personalityBachelor’s degree or aboveTEFL/TESOL/CELTA preferredSalary and benefitsMonthly salary of 25,000 to 30,000 RMB commensurate with experience and qualificationsSummer and winter holidaysPublic holidaysResidence and work permit sponsored by the school
