Requires skills in patient/client evaluation and treatment, as well as professional consultations to achieve maximum patient/client independence in accordance with individual's functional level and potential. Required Qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program, Or * Master's Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program, Or * Ph.D. from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program, or equivalent education/experience. * Occasional specialized Occupational Therapy training to meet a particular department need, or equivalent education/experience. * Oregon Occupational Therapist License upon hire. * National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
