As a Software Engineer, you'll work closely with a collaborative team of developers and analysts to build and improve custom software solutions for our clients. What We're Looking For in a Candidate:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or Associate degree with 5+ years of relevant experience)
• Proficiency in C# and .NET web frameworks (Blazor, MVC, etc.)
• Experience working within an Agile development environment
• Strong understanding of SQL and database structure
• Experience with cloud-based authentication (e.g., Microsoft Azure)
• Familiarity with JavaScript, Python, and PHP is a plus
• Excellent time management, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team

Key Responsibilities:

• Write clean, scalable code for web-based and desktop applications
• Design, develop, and test software solutions and user interfaces
• Adapt and enhance existing applications for new use cases
• Work directly with clients to scope projects, gather requirements, and provide technical support
• Contribute to ongoing improvements in code quality, process, and performance
• Participate in project planning, documentation, and team collaboration
• Stay up to date on emerging technologies and development best practices
• Support internal initiatives and perform additional tasks as needed
