Job Summary: Provides administrative support, under direction of the Program Manager, including overall responsibility for medical and educational records, computer data input, and general secretarial duties. Under the direction of the Director of Reimbursement & Managed Care, provides office manager functions to include pre-admission and admission, registration, demographic and insurance verification. Performs the collection of co-pay portions due on account. Performs diagnostic coding. Provides a detailed review of unauthorized services. Is responsible for interdepartmental data exchange. Provides coverage on a per diem as needed basis.

Qualifications: Ability to use various computer programs including Microsoft Office 365. Experience in a medical office setting and diagnostic coding preferred. High school graduate or equivalent. General secretarial skills. Excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
