You’ll implement behavior intervention strategies, track progress through data collection, and collaborate with families and a clinical team to support each child’s development. The role is active and engaging, typically involving in-home sessions during afternoons/evenings. No prior ABA experience is required, paid training and ongoing supervision are provided. Within 90 days, you’ll be supported in earning your National certification. Overall, it’s a part-time, entry-level clinical role focused on meaningful behavior change, skill development, and improving quality of life for children and families. Description What You’ll Do Teach Through Play: Help children build skills like communication, social interaction, and daily routines using fun, engaging activities Be a Positive Role Model: Encourage progress, confidence, and independence — and celebrate wins (big and small!) Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance Ability to pass background and health screenings Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently Patience, energy, and a genuine love for working with kids Certification Requirement: All Behavior Technicians are required to pass the BACB Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) exam by the end of their 90-day probationary period.
