POSITION SUMMARY :The Graphic Designer plays a key role in bringing the First America Homes brand to life through compelling visual storytelling and creative execution. This position develops marketing materials that support home sales, community launches, digital campaigns, events, and brand awareness while maintaining a consistent and elevated brand identity. The ideal candidate is equal parts creative thinker and production expert. They enjoy collaborating with marketers, sales professionals, and leadership to solve business challenges through design. ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES : Brand Steward Maintains and strengthens the First America Homes brand across all customer touchpoints while ensuring consistency in design, messaging, typography, color, and visual identity. Marketing Creative Designs compelling marketing materials including:
- Community branding
- Brochures
- Floor plan sheets
- Flyers
- Sales office collateral
- Signage
- Billboards
- Direct mail
- Print advertisements
- Email graphics
- Digital display ads
- Landing page graphics
- Social media graphics
- Presentation materials
- Event collateral
- Campaign assets
- Map creation
- Promotional items
- Support company events, grand openings, Realtor events, and special marketing initiatives.
- Assist with photography coordination, image selection, and asset organization.
- Maintain organized digital asset libraries.
- Perform related projects and duties as assigned.

- Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Experience working with consumer brands or real estate, homebuilding, hospitality, retail, or lifestyle brands preferred.
- Experience supporting multiple marketing campaigns simultaneously.
- 3-5+ years of professional graphic design experience.
- Portfolio demonstrates strong print and digital marketing work.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Microsoft Office
- Experience preparing files for commercial printing
- Basic knowledge of digital advertising specifications
- Familiarity with Canva, Figma, HubSpot or similar software is a plus
- Video editing, motion graphics, or photography experience is a plus
- Exceptional graphic design and layout skills
- Strong typography, color, and composition knowledge
- Excellent attention to detail
- Outstanding organizational and project management skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to receive feedback and revise designs efficiently
- Creative problem-solving abilities
- Self-motivation and accountability
