Infrastructure Manager

We are partnering with a respected Metro Detroit organization seeking a hands-on Manager, IT Infrastructure to lead and support their enterprise technology environment. This role is responsible for the design, security, and reliability of core infrastructure, including enterprise networking, cybersecurity, high-availability compute and storage, and virtualization. You will serve as the final escalation point for complex incidents while mentoring Level 2/3 engineers and driving infrastructure modernization initiatives. Key Experience Enterprise networking (routing, switching, VLANs) Firewall & security platforms (Palo Alto preferred) Windows Failover Clustering SQL Server High Availability 7–10 years enterprise infrastructure experience Prior technical lead or supervisory experience (nice to have) This is a visible, hands-on leadership opportunity with executive partnership and long-term ownership of infrastructure operations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
