We will pay you while you train for your RBT Certification!

Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $25-$28/hr
Schedule: Monday-Friday with availability within 8 AM-6 PM
Locations: In Home Clinic School / Santa Fe NM

The mission of Finni New Mexico is to support the continuous growth and professional development of all team members to empower our team members to deliver compassionate and evidence-based ABA therapy to our clients and their families and to improve access to these ABA services for all individuals who need them.

As an ABA Behavior Technician (RBT) you will work with our Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement life-changing ABA care in-home. Youll work one-on-one with our patients families helping children learn new skills and reach new milestones.

• Provide in-person behavior intervention services in a childs home setting

• Collect and record data on child behaviors

• Be available weekly for supervision by the Behavior Analyst

• Attend team meetings

What Youll Need

• Minimum high-school degree or equivalent - ideally looking for candidates interested in pursuing careers within the field

• Experience working with children and a passion for working with children with special needs

• Reliable Transportation

• Active CPR certification (Preferred)

• RBT certification preferred but not required!

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

• Able to assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling squatting crawling sitting standing) for extended periods of time

• Sit on the floor or stand for extended periods of time

License/Certification:

• CPR Certification (Required)

• RBT certification Preferred but not required

Must be at least 18 years of age to meet regulatory background check and BACB eligibility requirements for behavioral healthcare providers
