Event StaffWe are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Contract Event Staff. The ideal candidates will assist in the planning, setup, execution, and teardown of various events. Key responsibilities include:Assisting with event setup and breakdown, including arranging furniture, setting up decorations, and organizing equipment.Providing excellent customer service to event attendees.Managing registration and check-in processes.Supporting event logistics, such as coordinating with vendors and managing supplies.Ensuring event spaces are clean and organized before, during, and after events.Handling any issues or emergencies that arise during events in a professional manner.Skills Required:Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work well in a team environment.Problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.Physical stamina to perform tasks that may involve lifting and standing for long periods.Preferred Qualifications:Previous experience in event planning or customer service.Familiarity with event management software and tools.
