Pay: $70-85/hour Schedule: Regular business hours; travel required between office and field sites across Texas Job Duties Own P&L review, budgeting, forecasting, A/R collections, WIP, billing, and DBO Drive annual financial goals and year-over-year growth Guide proposals, installation plans, and job procedures per customer requirements Partner with estimating and sales teams to validate costs and protect project margins Track job costs, milestones, and risks; communicate status to customers Serve as primary contact for customers, vendors, and subcontractors Hire, train, and lead operational and sales staff Qualifications Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university 10+ years of experience in fire alarm, life safety, or electronic safety systems 5+ years of supervisory/project experience; 5+ years running a profitable business Strong Microsoft Office skills; NICET III/IV, UTC/EST, or RME-G a plus Valid driver's license; able to pass a background check and drug screening Benefits Benefits vary by client and are confirmed at the time of offer.
