Shifts Available:

• Day Shift: 5:00 AM-3:00 PM
• Evening Shift: 3:00 PM-12:00 AM

Job Description


Express Employment Professionals is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Blend Operators / Finishing Technicians for a local manufacturing facility in Wichita Falls, TX. This position is responsible for removing excess material, recontouring parts to specifications, performing grit blast operations, and ensuring finished products meet quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, be able to follow detailed instructions, and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Mechanically remove weld, braze, m-fill, and other excess materials from assigned parts
• Re-contour materials to specified dimensions according to written instructions
• Perform grit blast and air blast operations as required
• Select and properly use air tools and accessories for various blending operations
• Inspect finished work to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications
• Perform routine maintenance and lubrication on blending equipment and tools
• Follow all environmental, health, and safety procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Read and follow written and verbal instructions accurately
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support production objectives

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of gauges and measuring devices associated with blending and finishing operations
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with hand and air-powered tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Previous manufacturing, finishing, or production experience preferred
