It will enable you will work alongside the Support and Infrastructure teams to ensure that we are able to meet the demand and requirements of our clients across the world. WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Here's what you can expect on a typical day: Collaboration and Communication. You’ll work with engineering and support teams to resolve incidents and proactively identify and resolve. Monitoring online services, applications and performance and taking necessary action to ensure SLA’s are met or exceeded. Linux Maintenance for our global environments. NGINX administration , parameter tuning, virtual host configuration, key, and certificate management. Automate manual tasks & processes Variety of work. There is no typical day.. You must be nimble, adaptable, and flexible.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

Bachelors degree or equivalent You’ll have a minimum of 2 years of experience with Linux system administration. You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in supporting a production environment. You will be able to participate in an on-call rotation to support our 24x7 operation. You should have experience with Apache/Nginx administration. You’ll be highly proficiency using and configuring SQL databases (MSSQL/Oracle) Experience in a ticket driven support environment. Other acceptable experiences could include: Experience noted above OR Military experience where skills including teamwork, adaptability, organization, and follow-through will help you build team and client relationships, identify solutions, and achieve success. BONUS POINTS FOR THESE: Preferred Qualifications Skills with one or more scripting / programming languages (bash, php, perl ect ) General Windows server administration Knowledge of Agile or working with Agile teams Working knowledge of Caching technologies (Redis, Memcache) Message Queues (rabbitMQ, ActiveMQ) Working knowledge of micro services architecture

The compensation for this role is USD $59,900.00 - USD $147,500.00 / Year* *Actual compensation will not be less than the applicable minimum wage or minimum exempt salary requirement under federal, state and local laws.
