If you are a passionate and dedicated professional with a background in food service management, Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the dietary department , including meal planning, food preparation, and service to patients and residents. Manage a team of dietary staff , including hiring, training, and evaluating performance. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements , including HACCP, HIPAA, and other applicable laws and regulations. Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, residents, families, and staff . Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans . Maintain accurate records and reports , including inventory management, financial tracking, and quality control. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices , and implement changes to improve department operations. Requirements: Minimum of 0 years of experience in dietary management or a related field. Completion of a degree from an accredited institution , such as a Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Hospitality, Nutrition, or a related field. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds , move quickly, and stand for long periods of time. Excellent communication and leadership skills , with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
