Physical Therapist (PT)

Location: Forest Hill, MD 21050
Job Type: Contract
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Day
Schedule: 36 Hours Guaranteed | Up to 40 Hours/Week
Local Candidates: Yes – Within 50 Miles
Traveler Candidates: Yes

Pay Rate:
Local: $45–$50/hr
Traveler: $45–$50/hr

Required Qualifications:

• Current and valid Physical Therapist license

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

• Outpatient PT experience preferred

• New graduates accepted

• First-time travelers accepted

• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills

• Comfortable treating 12–14 patients per day

• Ability to meet approximately 60 visits per week

• Comfortable with double-booking follow-up visits

• Overtime requires Director approval

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans

• Provide outpatient PT services

• Treat orthopedic, neurological, and pelvic health conditions

• Provide therapeutic exercises, functional training, and manual therapy

• Manage approximately 12–14 patients per day

• Meet productivity expectations of approximately 60 visits per week

• Double-book follow-up visits as required

• Monitor and document patient progress

• Educate patients and caregivers

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation

• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals

• Follow facility policies and safety standards
