Job Duties:
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll create a welcoming, organized experience for clients and visitors. You’ll answer questions, manage incoming calls, maintain accurate records, and support daily office operations. Your impact: Clear, courteous communication helps clients get timely answers and helps colleagues keep work moving smoothly.

A customer-focused call center professional responsible for handling inbound customer calls, providing information, answering questions, and resolving concerns. The role involves data entry, record maintenance, and performing clerical duties within a fast-paced office environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, communicative, organized, and able to work effectively in a team to deliver excellent customer service.

Core Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming customer calls professionally and courteously
• Assist customers with questions, concerns, and general information
• Enter and update customer information accurately in the computer system
• Document calls and maintain accurate records
• Perform general clerical and administrative duties
• Follow established procedures and maintain confidentiality
• Work effectively as part of a customer-focused team
• Provide excellent customer service while handling multiple tasks
• Maintain professionalism and friendly phone etiquette
• Utilize basic computer and data-entry skills
• Support team efforts to ensure customer satisfaction

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Professional and friendly phone etiquette
• Basic computer and data-entry skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Dependable attendance and positive attitude
• Customer service, clerical, or call center experience (preferred)

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Education with an Associate or Bachelor’s degree (bonus incentives)
• Bilingual abilities (bonus incentives)

Tools / Equipment / Systems:

• Computer systems for data entry and record keeping
