Lead HR operations supporting multiple data center start-up projects Manage and develop an HR Generalist while partnering with operational leadership Play a key role in building and supporting traveling teams across multiple locations Drive employee engagement, performance management, and workforce planning initiatives Support new site launches and employee transitions between projects Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, and Operations Be part of a rapidly growing global organization with opportunities for professional growth Key Responsibilities Lead HR support for traveling teams assigned to new data center start-up projects Oversee staffing coordination, employee onboarding, orientation, attendance processes, and HR records Manage, coach, and develop an HR Generalist to ensure consistent and effective HR support Partner with site leadership to address employee relations matters, performance concerns, and workforce challenges Oversee employee investigations and disciplinary actions in partnership with regional HR leadership Provide guidance to operational leaders on company policies, HR procedures, performance management, and employee development Collaborate with Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, and Operations to ensure employees receive consistent support throughout their assignments Coordinate workforce planning and employee transitions between projects and locations Monitor attendance, staffing needs, and employee relations trends to identify opportunities for improvement Provide regular workforce updates, employee relations insights, and HR recommendations to leadership Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies Travel to new data center locations to provide onsite HR leadership and support during start-up activities Support change management initiatives and help establish consistent HR processes across multiple project sites What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred Progressive Human Resources experience, including experience in an HR leadership or management capacity HR experience within warehouse, logistics, distribution, manufacturing, construction, or other operational environments Strong background in employee relations, performance management, investigations, and HR compliance Experience coaching operational leaders and providing guidance on employee-related matters Ability to manage multiple HR priorities across different locations or projects Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills Proven ability to build relationships and influence leaders at various levels of an organization Willingness and flexibility to travel to different project locations as business needs require Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting new site launches, start-up operations, or project-based workforces Previous experience managing or developing HR professionals Experience supporting traveling employees or multi-site operations Knowledge of HRIS systems, workforce analytics, and timekeeping processes Experience partnering with Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, and Operations teams Familiarity with workforce transitions, organizational change, and employee engagement initiatives Why Join DP World? Lead all site based HR functional areas and initiatives and launch activities for the site supporting the Site and/or Functional Manager. Recruit, train and develop highly productive candidates motivated to achieve business objectives. Manage third party staffing partners for temporary/contract work. Develop, implement, and maintain company policies, programs and procedures to foster understanding of and improvement in management, supervisory, and/or employee relations as well as counsel administrators and employees concerning human resources policies and procedures; review and resolve issues. Supervise staff directly by planning, assigning, and reviewing assignments, counseling staff, evaluating job performance, and approving or recommending corrective actions. Manage site HR budget, performance management, succession planning, and CSR. Meet ISO/customer standards, support audits, and initiate or follow up on global, regional and local communication activities. Determine the need for, supervise and participate in the development and maintenance of human resources programs, HRIS systems, and studies. Provide guidance and direction in the area of labor relations. For sites under a collective barraging agreement union responsibilities to include union relationship, grievances, arbitration and negotiations. Supervise and help develop other site based HR professionals. Help integrate company HR initiatives at the site level among both hourly and salaried staff. Other duties as assigned Your Key Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in human resources, labor relations, or business or a field related to the position. Experience performing professional level human resources duties. Experience performing HR duties within a 3PL logistics or manufacturing environment a plus. Additional education, training and/or work experience in area of specialization inherent to the position may be required. Knowledge of principles and procedures used in human resources. Extensive knowledge of local employment laws, rules, and/or regulations affecting human resources administration; ability to develop a broad knowledge of those of the Company.
