$65,000-$80,000 + Benefits

Growing manufacturing company is seeking a Payroll Analyst to own multi-state payroll processing and support continued growth through acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process multi-state payroll across nearly all U.S. states and a small international employee population
• Manage payroll for hourly and salaried employees
• Audit timecards and payroll data for accuracy
• Administer 401(k) documentation and reporting
• Support workers' compensation reporting
• Assist with onboarding new entities and payroll integrations
• Serve as the primary payroll resource for the organization

Requirements:

• Multi-state payroll experience required (5+ states)
• Experience with payroll tax compliance and reporting
• Knowledge of 401(k) administration
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Paylocity experience preferred (or similar payroll systems)
