Are you a licensed Property & Casualty and Life & Health Producer with the drive to exceed sales goals and lead by example? Jody Brackins State Farm Agency is looking for a General Manager to join our energetic and collaborative team!

???? Your Role as Top Producer:
You’ll be a key contributor to our agency’s growth, focusing on building strong client relationships, closing new business, and mentoring fellow producers. Your sales success and leadership will inspire the team to exceed ambitious goals.

???? Key Responsibilities:

Meet and surpass individual and team sales targets
Build and maintain exceptional client relationships
Mentor and support other producers to grow their skills
Collaborate with leadership on business growth strategies
Stay current on industry trends and product knowledge
Maintain compliance and licenses in P&C & Life & Health
Promote a positive, energetic, and collaborative team culture

???? Qualifications:

Fully licensed in Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance (We can help you get there!)
Proven track record as a high-performing sales producer
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to motivate and mentor colleagues
Thrive in a fast-paced, fun, and professional environment
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Experience working with both in-office and remote teams
