Charlotte, NC (On-Site) | Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Community Alternatives, Inc. is seeking a compassionate and dependable Mother’s Advocate to support chemically dependent women and their children on their journey toward recovery and stability. What You’ll Do:

• Provide direct care and supportive services to women in recovery and their children
• Assist with SACOT, SAIOP, and Outpatient program activities
• Provide child watch services in a safe, nurturing environment
• Transport clients to treatment services and maintain accurate logs
• Administer drug screens and breathalyzer tests as required
• Support treatment orientation and participate in team meetings
• Maintain documentation, incident reports, and monthly logs
• Assist with clothing closet and distribution of essential items
• Ensure safety protocols, including proper use of car seats and vehicle upkeep

What We’re Looking For:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 1 year childcare experience required
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (past 3 years)
• Reliable transportation required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for supporting women and families in recovery
• Resume must include detailed and relevant experience in childcare, caregiving, or supporting vulnerable populations
