Oral Surgeon or Dentist

Position Overview We are hiring an Oral Surgeon to perform third molar extractions and other surgical procedures on 1-2 flexible days per month, coordinated around your existing practice or hospital schedule. General Dentists with substantial oral surgery and exodontia experience who perform complex extractions independently are also encouraged to apply. Clinical Responsibilities Perform third molar extractions and complex extractions of any tooth as clinically appropriate. Provide surgical extractions across the dentition based on patient need. Collaborate with office teams to ensure compliant, patient‑centered care. Qualifications DDS or DMD from a CODA‑accredited dental program. Completion of a CODA‑accredited Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency, or significant hands‑on experience performing advanced oral surgery procedures as a general dentist. Active dental license in the state of practice (or eligibility). Compensation The compensation is structured as the greater of a guaranteed daily minimum or a percentage of adjusted production.
