Real Estate Agent – 90% Commission Brokerage Model
Krieger Real Estate LLC offers one of the strongest 100% commission brokerage models in the market, combining buyer leads, advanced AI-driven CRM technology, and full back-office support. As a Real Estate Agent with Krieger Real Estate LLC, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, converting leads, and overseeing transactions from initial contact through closing.
Key Responsibilities- Follow up consistently with buyer and seller leads
- Conduct buyer and seller consultations
- Identify client needs and recommend appropriate properties or strategies
- Host open houses and property showings
- Manage transactions and coordinate with all parties through closing
- Develop and maintain a personal client base
- Stay informed on local market trends and conditions
- Self-motivated professional with a strong work ethic
- Client-focused with excellent interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Results-driven with a growth-oriented mindset
- Organized with strong time management abilities
- Team-oriented and committed to long-term success
- Active Real Estate License (Required)
- Prior sales or real estate experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable using CRM systems and real estate technology
