You will partner closely with the Property Manager to support operations, leasing, resident relations, financial performance, marketing, and team development.This position is also designed to help you build the skills and experience needed for future leadership opportunities, including financial reporting, delinquency management, leasing performance, resident retention, and team collaboration.Provide exceptional customer service and build positive relationships with current and prospective residentsDemonstrate initiative, sound judgment, and strong problem-solving skillsGreet, assist, and lease apartments to prospective residentsConduct property and apartment tours while ensuring homes are tour-ready and move-in readyUtilize self-guided and video tour technology to support the leasing experienceMaintain accurate and compelling online advertisingComplete weekly market surveys and track leasing performanceMonitor curb appeal and overall community presentationProcess rental applications accurately and in accordance with company policies and housing regulationsPrepare lease documents and coordinate required signaturesAssist with delinquency management, including reviewing balances, posting late fees, scanning checks, and issuing rent demandsSupport financial, operational, and marketing reporting as directed by the Property ManagerMaintain accurate, organized, and compliant resident filesCommunicate professionally and confidently with residents, vendors, prospects, and team membersUtilize Yardi, Elise AI, Google Workspace, and other technology to manage daily operationsCross-train and provide support across multiple communities within the portfolio, back-up leasing person for the leasing agent(s)Support the Property Manager with additional operational and leadership responsibilities as neededWe are looking for someone who is dependable, motivated, organized, and ready to grow.At least 1 year of property management experienceStrong organizational and communication skillsWorking knowledge of applicable local, state, and federal housing regulationsHigh level of accountability and follow-throughReliable attendance and strong time-management skillsValid driver's license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportationAssistant Property Manager experienceExperience with Yardi or other property management softwareExperience with leasing, resident relations, and delinquency managementSpanish-speaking skills are a plusPre-employment drug screening may be required.
