Direct Sales Representative (Community Engagement Specialist)

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and motivated Direct Sales Representative to help expand our fiber internet services throughout the Irvine community.

This is a field-based sales role , where approximately 85% of your time will be spent meeting residents, knocking on doors, attending local events, and building relationships within the community. If you enjoy talking to people, working independently, and earning uncapped commissions based on your performance, we'd love to meet you.

Location: Irvine, CA (Hybrid / Field-Based)
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Compensation:

• Base Salary: $50,000/year
• Average Commission: ~$40,000/year (Uncapped)
• Expected On-Target Earnings (OTE): ~$90,000/year
• Commission Plan: Approximately $1 in commission for every $1 of Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) sold

Responsibilities

• Prospect new customers through door-to-door sales within assigned territories.
• Educate homeowners on the benefits of company's high-speed internet services.
• Build relationships with residents, neighborhood associations, local businesses, and community organizations.
• Participate in community events to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
• Qualify prospects, manage the sales pipeline, and close new business.
• Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals.
• Maintain accurate customer information and sales activity using Salesforce or a similar CRM.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on local campaigns and promotions.
• Help prepare neighborhoods for upcoming fiber network construction by educating residents and gathering community feedback.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of door-to-door or direct field sales experience.
• Experience selling telecommunications, fiber internet, ISP, cable, wireless, or technology solutions is strongly preferred .
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Strong prospecting, relationship-building, and closing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar.
• Highly organized with strong time management skills.
• Comfortable working independently and traveling locally (up to 90% of the time).
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a positive attitude, resilience, and a strong desire to succeed.

Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required. We value results and sales performance above all else.
