Nurse Unit Manager - Days

At Greencroft Goshen, we are seeking a Day Shift Nurse Unit Manager / Nurse Team Leader who enjoys mentoring clinical teams, collaborating with coworkers, and creating a positive experience for residents and families alike. This role is ideal for an RN or LPN who values teamwork, communication, and meaningful leadership in a long-term care and rehabilitation setting.

Responsibilities:

• Guide and support the daily clinical operations of the rehab unit
• Assist with prioritizing resident care needs and team workflow
• Help ensure documentation and clinical practices remain compliant with state regulations
• Serve as a resource and support system for residents, families, and team members
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote quality resident outcomes
• Foster a positive, resident-centered environment focused on compassion and accountability

Qualifications

• Current RN or LPN license in the State of Indiana
• Previous experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, or geriatric nursing preferred
• Understanding of MDS and care planning processes is beneficial
• Leadership mindset with strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members across all shifts

Schedule Options

• Full-Time Day Shift | 40 hours per week
• Full-Time Evening Shift | 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM
• Includes call rotation, weekends, and holidays
• Flexibility is important to support off-shift team communication and resident care needs
